Tariff

We are always happy to discuss best rates for groups or those considering an extended stay so do please get in touch either by phone or email for further information. If you wish to bring a dog it would be appreciated if you would contact us to confirm availability prior to booking.

Double/Twin room, bed and breakfast
Prices range from £70.00 to £90.00 per room. A discount may be available for single occupancy, subject to availability.

Single room, bed and breakfast
Prices range from £35.00 to £55.00 per room.

Returning Guests
We will always try to offer preferential rates to previous guests. Please contact us for details.

Booking
Visitors booking accommodation will be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking to the value of the first night of the accommodation. This deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is cancelled no later than 10:00 GMT two days before the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 GMT two days before the date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged. An extended cancellation notice period will be required for stays of five nights or more in the high season. Please contact us for further information.
